Longtime SRT-focused reporter Patrick Rall asked Stellantis for a comment on rumors that the SRT group was no more, and was told:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>In February 2021, all of the core elements of the SRT performance engineering team were integrated into Stellantis\u2019 global engineering organization.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2175\" src=\"https:\/\/www.autobison.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/SRT.jpg\" alt=\"SRT\" width=\"720\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.autobison.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/SRT.jpg 720w, https:\/\/www.autobison.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/SRT-440x138.jpg 440w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 720px) 100vw, 720px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This action will have the two-way benefit of ensuring that our brands\u2019 SRT and performance-focused product offerings continue to meet the highest quality standards and expectations, while delivering key learnings from motorsports and other high-performance-technology applications across a wider mix of our company\u2019s product lines.<\/p>\n<p>These products have delighted enthusiasts for nearly two decades, and Stellantis will continue to sell and develop the next generation of Dodge\/\/SRT-branded vehicles, as well as Jeep and Ram vehicles that utilize high-performance SRT technology.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>As Patrick reported, the staff of SRT has been spread throughout other Stellantis brands, but the SRT cars and trucks will remain; and new SRTs will be developed.
