Auto manufacturers have been forced to shut down plants in order to prevent the spread of the virus. However, they could be faced with a new task.<\/p>\n<p>The United States is in desperate need of medical equipment including masks and ventilators. Ford, GM, FCA, and Tesla are currently looking in to producing medical equipment.
